The approximate durations for our Hop-On Hop-Off Bus tours from start to finish are as follows: The Landmarks Tour takes a minimum of two and a half hours (2.5 hours), and the Parks and Palace Tour takes a minimum of one and a half hours (1.5 hours). Please note that traffic and construction may extend ride times.

1. What does a charter mean, and how much do they cost?

A charter is a temporary lease of our vehicle and driver. When a group wants to have a customized trip with their own tour guide, a charter is a good option, as it is a very economical way to travel as a group. The pricing depends on the route, the group size, and the date and time requested. 2. What kinds of vehicles are available for charter?

Clean, modern, and carefully maintained double-decker buses are available for charter.

3. Who drives the vehicles?

Our experienced and professional drivers! Every driver has been specially trained, and all of them satisfy safety criteria such as medical reviews, background checks, driving record checks, extensive training, and drug and alcohol testing.

4. How do I book and pick up group tickets?

Planning Your Trip

1. What should I pack for London?

The clothing you pack should depend on the season: Definitely check the weather before you leave. London is very hot in summer and very cold in winter. In between, you’ll want to bring layers. It’s also a good idea to bring a reusable water bottle, comfortable walking shoes, and a bag or wallet that deters pickpockets. Cell Phone chargers and snacks are a good idea. Avoid large backpacks, ungainly umbrellas, and anything else that will get in the way on crowded streets.

2. What should I do in London?

The options are endless! TopView will make sure you visit all of the most iconic sights and attractions, but in your free time, you should definitely consider sampling the fine dining, exploring famous museums, and seeking out unique shopping.

3. Can I bring a service animal or pet on the bus?

Only assistance dogs are permitted to travel on our buses, and they must be properly harnessed or leashed. Assistance dogs are specially trained to support people with disabilities and often wear a harness or jacket from a recognised training organisation. Pets and other animals are not allowed.

4. Where is the London tourist information centre?

You can find a London visitor centre at several locations throughout the city, including Victoria visitor centre, Piccadilly Circus visitor centre, King’s Cross and St Pancras international visitor centre, City of London information centre, and Greenwich tourist information centre.

5. Do I need to reserve my seat on a walking tour in advance?
