Boarding Info

  • Experience duration: Approx. 90 minutes (75 minutes touring, 15 minutes boarding/disembarking).
  • Departure point: 42nd St between 5th & 6th Ave, across the street from 11 W 42nd St.
  • How to board: Scan your e-pass, no print-outs needed.
  • Boarding notice: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. We leave promptly and are unable to accommodate late customers. All guests, including children (ages 0+), must have a ticket to board.
  • Accessibility: Wheelchair ramp available on request—call at least 24 hours before your trip.

The experience was lovely

The experience was lovely even though the weather was dreary. Kudos to the staff. Excellent, professional service. Joe, Jhana and Isla were great. The presentation of the food and the bus were beautiful. The hors d'oeuvres were tasty and plentiful.

The bus is beautiful

I went with a friend who wanted to try it out. The atmosphere was really nice. The staff were nice. The host sang through out the ride and she has a beautiful voice! It reminds of a the tour buses in England. I bit expensive. For standard admission they should give more food. But the bus is beautiful. A good activity for people celebrating a birthday, city residents and tourists alike!

The food was delightful

This was an amazing experience! I took my 93 year old aunt and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The food was delightful, the servers were attentive, polite, helpful, upbeat and positive! We met some really great people. The energy on the bus was of excitement and fun. Even during the congested, most beautiful time of the year in NYC, the bus was on time. 🎄We highly recommend!
